James Paul Fox, age 31 of Leesburg – Court Order;

Earline Hollis Green, age 61 of Boaz – Grand Jury Indictment/Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance;

Joseph Edward Sasser, age 49 of Boaz – Grand Jury Indictment/Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance;

Theresa Michelle Jennings, age 29 of Centre – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 1st Degree, Court Order and Failure to Appear on four Probation Revocations;

Emily Marie Cowser, age 20 of Centre – Court Order;

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently there are 71 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
