Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Cody Jeremiah Wright, age 19 of Piedmont – Theft of Property 1st Degree;

Alvin Huffman, age 59 of Montgomery – Attempting to Elude;

and

John Walker Watwood, age 40 of Gaylesville – Violation of the Prohibition Law.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 62 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
