A two-vehicle accident involving an 18-wheeler took place on Highway 411 north, just after 7:00 Friday morning.

That mishap occurred some five miles outside of Centre near the old Jordan’s Gin location – and early reports point to no one being hurt.

Spring Creek firefighters and Alabama State Troopers responded to the scene.
