Amelia Riley Ramirez Rangel, age 40 0f Ft Payne – Bondsman off Bond/Illegal Possession of Prescription Drugs / Bondsman off Bond – DUI/Any Substance; and Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Illegal Possession of Prescription Drugs;

Andrew James Hairrell, age 27 of Centre – Violation of Protection Order;

Brooke LaShea Dawson, age 21 of Jacksonville – Domestic Violence 3rd Degree;

and

David Ronald Smith, age 30 of Gaylesville – Assault 3rd Degree.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
