Billy Joe McCellan, age 39 of Cedar Bluff – Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Domestic Violence 3rd Degreee
Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
Currently there are 57 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
