Luke David Rahe, age 20 of Centre – Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree;

Carie Marie Shropshire, age 42 of Gaylesville – Probation Violation (two counts) and Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Speeding;

Joshua Paul Henson, age 28 of Centre – Fugitive from Justice, Carrying a Pistol without a Permit and Attempting to Elude;

and

William Edward Craig, age 47 of Centre – Domestic Violence 3rd Degree/Harassment; Domestic Violence 3rd Degree/Stalking and Harassing Communications.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 73 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
