Drug and Firearm violations, and more – resulted in one Cherokee County man being jailed Monday night.  Thirty-nine year old Alex Lee Potts, of a Centre address was booked into the Detention Center around 8:30 charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, with the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Felon in Possession of a Firearm – and Tampering with Physical Evidence and Receiving Stolen Property 2nd Degree.

Potts remains jailed with bond having been set at $11,500.
