MARION (M.L.) MCGATHA

Marion Lee McGatha, age 81 of Centre, passed away Saturday, January 30th at his residence.

Funeral services will be 2:PM Friday, February 5th at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tim Smith and Rev. James Rainey officiating; burial will
follow in Cherokee Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 12 until 2:PM Friday, at the funeral home.

Pallbearers include Daniel Hodges, Sean Denty, Ean Denty, Brian Morris, Thomas Smith, Matt Shepherd.
Honorary Pallbearers will be the men of the Centre Congregational Holiness Church.

Survivors include his wife, Linda Vines McGatha; daughters, Donna Mitchell of Centre, Martha (John) Bush of Jemison; son, Thomas L. McGatha of
Talladega; grandchildren, Erica (Sean) Denty, Daniel (Matti) Hodges, Tiffany (Brian) Morris, Victoria (Thomas) Smith, Natalie (Matt) Shepherd;
7 great grandchildren; brother, Fred (Sue) McGatha; many nieces  8 sisters and 4 brothers.

Mr. McGatha was a native of Cherokee County, the son of the late Marion Lee and Maybell Adams McGatha and was a member of Centre Congregational
