Janet Carol Coffey Eppler, 68, beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt, and grandmother – passed away peacefully in her home on Wednesday, January 13th, 2021.

She was born on August 23rd, 1952 in Centre, Alabama.  After graduating from Cherokee County High School in 1970 she married Bernie Eppler in 1971 and settled in north Texas.  She went on to study Education at Texas Wesleyan University, obtaining a Bachelor’s – and later, a Master’s Degree.  After graduation she began a career in Elementary Education, that would last over 30 years.

She and Bernie raised their three children – Bradley, Melanie and Andrew.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years – Bernie Eppler; son – Bradley Eppler and wife, Kelly; daughter Melanie Eppler; son – Andrew Eppler and wife, Elizabeth also one brother – Thomas Coffey and wife, Jan; and grandchildren Gentry, John, Greyer, and Juliette.

Ms. Eppler was preceded in death by her parents – Harold and Myra Morgan Coffey.
