ALEXANDRIA – Mary Hayes Johnson collected 14 points, four assists and three steals in leading the Cherokee County Lady Warriors to a 71-41 girls basketball victory at Alexandria on Tuesday.
Audrey Green added 12 points, four steals and four assists for the Lady Warriors (13-4). Sidney Johnson came away with nine points and five steals. Ella Garmany posted eight points and eight rebounds. Audrey Haygood finished with with seven points and five rebounds.
Cherokee County travels to Etowah on Friday.
