Synthian Reese, age 86 of Cedar Bluff, passed away Friday, November 27th at her residence.
Graveside services will be 11:AM Monday, November 30th at Waterhouse Cemetery.
Survivors include sons, Curtis Reese of Cedar Bluff, Dwayne Reese of Cedar Bluff, Martin (LaVeth) Reese of Marietta, GA; daughter, Sharon (Gary) Covington of Cedar Bluff; brother, Manson Smith, Jr of Albuquerque, NM; sister, Lovie Smith of Cedar Bluff; 9 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; special friend, Shan Clifton; several nieces & nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leon Reese; brothers, Russell, Leandrus and Leon Smith; sisters, Juanita Reese and Dovie Banks.
Mrs. Reese was a native of Cherokee County, the daughter of the late Manson and Ruth Perkins Smith, she was a seamstress at Sew Sew Styles and was a member of New Hope United Methodist Church.
