Dylan Lee Edwards, age 25 of Centre, was charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Theft of Property 1st Degree, in addition to Failure to Appear on the previous charges of Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia while Theresa Michelle Jennings, age 28 from Gaylesville was charged with Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia along with Obstruction/Probation Violation and Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Theft of Property 4th Degree.

Edwards was booked into jail just after 10:00pm and Jennings just prior to 3:00 – with both remaining in the Cherokee County Detention Center on bonds of $8,000 and $3,000 respectively
