Biddie Cook, age 87 of Collinsville, passed away Sunday, November 8th at Collinsville Healthcare.
Graveside service will be 3 PM Friday November 13th at Sand Rock Cemetery with Rev. Ted Elrod officiating.
Survivors include husband, Phillip Cook of Collinsville; and a grandson, Daniel Cook.
She was preceded in death by sons, Gary Wayne and Daryl Lynn Cook.
Mrs. Cook was a native of DeKalb County and the daughter of the late John Franklin and Medie Floy Helms Giles and a member of Sand Rock Baptist Church.
