A 20 year old Centre man has been indicted by a Cherokee County Grand Jury on charges of Producing Pornography with Minors (3 counts), Sodomy 2nd Degree (2 counts), Rape 2nd Degree (3 counts), Theft of Property 2nd Degree (2 counts) and Interfering with Custody (3 counts).

Gavin Storm Kingery was booked into the Cherokee County Detention Center at 2: 04 a.m. on Monday morning and released at 2:01 p.m. Tuesday afternoon after posting a $355,000 bond.

According to the Cherokee County Circuit Clerks Office, Kingery is scheduled for Arraignment on December 17th in the Courtroom of Judge Jeremy Taylor.

Cherokee County Chief Deputy Josh Summerford told WEIS Radio News that the victim is a juvenile and that they would not be able to release any further information concerning the case.
