Alabama State Troopers Respond to Two Accidents with Injuries in DeKalb County on Tuesday

Alabama State Troopers responded to two separate accidents involving injuries on Tuesday morning in DeKalb County – one of those involving a Cherokee County resident.

According to the accident reports the first wreck took place on County Road 179 at 7:10am, resulting in injuries to the male occupant of a 2016 Dodge; that driver was listed as being a resident of Boaz.

That second accident occurred at 8:15am on County Road 78 – and involved a 2015 Nissan being driven by a male resident of Cedar Bluff and a 2005 Ford driven by a male resident of Ft Payne.  Both drivers were hurt in the collision.

No additional information regarding the condition of any of those involved has been made available – both wrecks remain under investigation by state troopers.
