The Cedar Bluff Planning Committee/Zoning Ordinance Steering Committee will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, November 10th at 5:00 p.m. in the Municipal Court Room at Cedar Bluff Town Hall for the purpose of receiving public comments concerning the town’s Zoning Ordinance update.

The Zoning Ordinance is a public policy document used to govern the land use and development of the town based on Zoning Districts.

Representatives with the East Alabama Regional Planning and Development Commission will be in attendance to address any questions or concerns pertaining to the Zoning Ordinance. Interested citizens are encouraged to review the existing ordinance document on file at town hall and attend the hearing to offer their comments regarding important local issues and needs that should be addressed in the Zoning Ordinance.
