GADSDEN – Sand Rock swept a Class 2A, Area 12 volleyball match at Gaston on Thursday. The scores were 25-3, 25-12, 25-9.
Hannah Davis delivered 11 kills and nine digs. McKenna Ballenger added 18 assists and 11 digs. Caley Garrett posted 18 digs. Haylee Stansell contributed 13 digs and a pair of kills.
Katelyn St. Clair had nine kills. Jacey Stephens had 10 assists and six kills. Maci Brown finished with six kills and two blocks.
Sand Rock (19-8) hosts Glencoe and Cherokee County on Monday.
