Chamber of Commerce officials along with officials from the Town of Cedar Bluff welcomed Cedar Bluff’s newest business – The Big Chill is a shaved ice stand located on Highway 68 directly across from Cedar Bluff Town Hall.
The Big Chill has several flavors to choose from, will also be adding to their menu in coming weeks.
