SAND ROCK – According to Sand Rock football coach Alan Heath, the Wildcats’ scheduled Class 2A, Region 6 contest at Locust Fork scheduled for this Friday has been forfeited due to COVID-19.
It’s the second straight week the Wildcats have had to forfeit a contest due to the coronavirus. They canceled their scheduled home game with Class 3A Collinsville last week.
Sand Rock drops to 2-4 and 1-3 in region play, while Locust Fork improves to 3-3 and 1-3 in region play.
