Mr. Paul Hubert Bevels age 72, of Leesburg, passed away Tuesday September 8th at Floyd Medical Center.
A memorial service will be held 2: PM Saturday September 12, at Pine Grove Baptist Church with Brother Zach Clay and Rev. Ricky Pollard officiating.
Survivors include his wife Susan Summerlin Bevels; son Corey Paul Bevels of Piedmont ; step-sons Alan (Rhonda) Benefield of Centre and David (Melinda) Williamson of Centre; daughter Kim Benefield of Leesburg; special daughter Cheyenne Parrish; brothers Milton (Linda) Bevels of Alexander, Billy Mack (Dewanna) Bevels of Sand Rock and Hoke (Barbara) Bevels of Piedmont; sisters Bonnie Bachelor of Centre, Alice Hulsey of Sand Rock, and Vicia (Frank) Rhinehart of Centre; along with a Host of grandchildren and great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by son Brad Bevels; brother Buddy Bevels; sisters Audrey Rhinehart and Alma Henry.
Mr. Bevels was a native of Cherokee County; the son of the late Hoke and Phora Nicholson Bevels, and was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church.
