GAYLESVILLE – Andreah Calvert collected five aces, three digs, two kills and an assist in helping the Gaylesville Lady Trojans earn a sweep of Gaston on senior night in area volleyball action on Tuesday. The scores were 25-18, 25-18, 25-17.
Natalie Baty contributed four kills, four digs and three aces for the Lady Trojans (2-3). Chelsey Cagle came away with four assists, four digs and four aces. Delaney Coker posted a pair of digs and an ace. Malaya Shireman delivered five aces. Sidney Smith had a pair of kills. Peyton Bright added two assists and Savanna Crane finished with a dig.
Gaylesville hosts Spring Garden on Thursday.
