The driver of an SUV was not injured after the vehicle ran off of Highway 411 near County Road 69 and overturned just outside of Centre on Saturday morning.
The vehicle flipped and struck a power pole breaking it in half.
Spring Creek Firefighters, Floyd EMS and Alabama State Troopers responded to the scene.
The male driver was evaluated at the scene by medics but appeared to be uninjured other than being visibly shaken up.
It took Cherokee Electric crews an extended period of time to reset a new pole.
