Charlotte Denise Motes, age 46 of Centre, passed away Monday July 20th, 2020 at Floyd Medical Center of Rome.
Services will be held 4:PM Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Don Jenkins officiating, burial will follow in Mt Zion Cemetery (Ellisville). The family will receive friends from 2:PM until 4:PM at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will include Greg Motes, Ryan Burk, Barry James, Brad Motes, Austin Slayton, and Dustin Lindsey.
Survivors include daughters, Kristia Lindsey, Robin Fuqua, and Cheyanne Fuqua; brothers, Joe (Terri) Motes and Larry (Ashley) Motes; grandchildren, Nolan Wilson and Aurora Adair.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Billy and Sally Motes; brother, Gaylon Motes.
The family will accept flowers or donations may be made to the funeral home for funeral expenses.
