WEIS Radio News has learned that authorities in Etowah County are investigating an accident that occurred on Highway 411 near Hooks Lake Road in Gadsden on Tuesday afternoon.
The accident involved an 18 wheeler and a passenger car. No additional information is available at this time.
Gadsden Fire, Gadsden Police and EMS crews all responded to the scene.
