Fireworks are still on the agenda for Liberty Day – the Cedar Bluff Town Council and Mayor Tammy Crane said due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they will only have fireworks for Liberty Day this year; vendors and activities will not be a part of the event.
They would also like to remind everyone to observe all Social Distancing” guidelines; Cedar Bluff Police Chief Chris O’Neal announces that there’ll BE NO PARKING between barricades on the parkway 1,000 from the fireworks launch site.
Chief O’Neal also says Highways 9 and 68, and the Causeway, will be shut down from 8:45 – approximately 9:45 following the show.
The Fireworks display over the lake will begin at 9:00 tonight (Friday, July 3rd, 2020).
