Firefighters were called to the scene of a possible mobile home fire at a location on County Road 653 off of Highway 411 north just after 2:30 Thursday afternoon.
Units from the Spring Creek, McCords and Ellisville Fire Departments along with Floyd EMS medics were dispatched to the scene. Spring Creek Fire Chief Jamey Walker was among the first to arrive on the scene and reported that there was a small fire on the stove that had been extinguished.
Medics did check at least one person on the scene, according to reports.
