“ALL-CLEAR” given at 11:25am – we’ll have additional information as it becomes available.

The Gadsden campus of Gadsden State is currently on “lock-down”.  That order went into effect at approximately 10:50am.

Details are sketchy, however it appears an armed robbery may have taken place near the campus and the campus was placed on “lock-down” as a precautionary measure.  According to information obtained by WEIS Radio, a small number of students and instructors were on campus when the alert when out.

Law enforcement officials are on the scene searching for any sign of any suspicious person – or persons, who may be where they do not belong.
