Lois Mozelle Tallent, age 90 of Centre, passed away Thursday, June 25th at Gadsden Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services will be 3:PM Saturday, June 27th at Perry Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. John Mann and Rev. Melvyn Salter officiating; burial will follow in Shiloh-Bothwell Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 until 3:PM Saturday, at the funeral home.
Survivors include sons, Ricky (Deborah) Tallent of Cedar Bluff, Donnie Tallent of Centre; daughter, Jean (Delbert) Patty of Lyerly, GA; brother, Mack Stapleton of Bufford, GA; sister, Linda (Jimmy) Osbourne of Suwanee, GA; two grandchildren, Jimmy Patty, Pamela Patty; four great grandchildren, Greyson, Elizabeth, Scarlett, Kaylee and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Doyle W. Tallent.
Mrs. Tallent was a native of Etowah County, the daughter of the late Henry and Vinnie Chandler Stapleton and was a member of Sand Valley Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be to Memory Care Unit Of CH&R.
