Two people were arrested on controlled substance charges in Cherokee County Wednesday
Scott Frederick Wade, age 47 and Veronica Deraine Wade, age 49, both of Centre were each charged with two counts of the Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, and one count each of the Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 1st Degree, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
They were booked in at the Cherokee County Detention Center just after 1:00pm with bond being set at $9,500 each.
