Cherokee County Arrest File for Tuesday: 

Christie Eyvonne Mitchell, 38 of Cedar Bluff – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance

And

Michael Tajk Bentley, age 35 of Centre – Failure to Appear on prior charges of Harassment (two counts) and Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree.

These arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 63 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
