Emergency crews responded to a reported Jet-Ski accident occurring near the Chesnut Bay Resort off of County Road 44 in Leesburg just after 2:30 p.m. Monday afternoon.
Floyd EMS Medics, Rescue Squad personnel and Alabama Marine Patrol officers were called to the scene.
At least one person was transported to the hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries. We will have more information as soon the Alabama Marine Patrol accident report is available.
