A Cherokee County man was jailed on drug charges in the early morning hours of Thursday.
Michael Lynn Mitchell, age 50 – a resident of Cedar Bluff – faces charges of Possession with Intent to Distribute and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
He was arrested and booked in at the Cherokee County Detention Center at around 4:20am, being released shortly before 9:00 that morning after making bond of ,500.
