Two Crossville residents were arrested locally on controlled Substance charges Sunday.

Ronald Gilbert, age 66 and Charlotte Jeanette Taylor, age 67, were both placed under arrest and booked into jail around 9:30 that morning – on charges of the Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, along with the Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree, and the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Both remain in the Cherokee County Detention Center with bond for each set at $3,500.
