COLVIN HARRELSON, age 91 of Centre, passed away Saturday, May 30th at his
residence. 

Funeral services will be 3: PM Tuesday, June 2nd at Perry Funeral Home
Chapel with Rev. Melvyn Salter officiating; burial will follow in Cherokee
Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1 until 3: PM Tuesday
at the funeral home. 

Pallbearers include Riley Russell, Dalton Harrelson, Andy Andrews, Travis
“Shorty” West, Lance Taylor, Matt Lewis. 

Survivors include his wife, Emma Eunice Woodall Harrelson; sons, Colvin
Lytell (Carol) Harrelson, Jr of Ashville, Jimmy (Judy) Harrelson of
Langston, Lanny (Deborah) Harrelson of Summerville, GA; daughters, Sue
(Tommy) Taylor of Heflin, Kay Culberson of Centre, Amy (William) Lumpkin
of
Oxford, GA; brothers, Jerry (Gail) Harrelson of Weaver, Guin Harrelson of
Jacksonville, James (Bobbie) Harrelson of Huntsville; sister, Glenda
(Eddie) Stephens of Griffin, GA, brother in-law, Travis West, 19
grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren;
several nieces font-size:12pt">Colvin was preceded in death by his
daughter
Rose West. 

Mr. Harrelson was a native of Alabama, the son of the late Luther Benson
and Dovie Hammett Harrelson and was of the Baptist faith.
