NORMA JEAN ADRIAN, age 82 of the Pollard’s Bend Community, passed away Wednesday, March 25th at her residence.

A Private Graveside service for immediate family only; due to Covid-19 restrictions, was held Saturday, March 28th at Shiloh-Bothwell Cemetery, with Rev. Eddie Nation and Rev. Melvyn Salter officiating. 

Pallbearers include Coy Pollard, Johnny Pollard, Ritchie Pollard, John Bert East, Tom Wolf, Terry Dupree,  Joe Scherich, Neal Jacobs, John Jacobs.

Survivors include son, Scott Jackson (Lisa) Adrian of Leesburg; daughter, Julia Diana Adrian of Leesburg; brother, Tommy Jacobs of Sand Rock; grandson, Dillon Scott Adrian; several nieces & nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jackson Sewell Adrian. 

Mrs. Adrian was a native of Cherokee County, the daughter of the late Norman Elwin and Lillian Jacobs of Sand Rock and was a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church. She and her husband Jack, ran Adrians Store in Pollards Bend for many years. 

Donations may be made to the Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, to the First Baptist Church Building Fund or to the charity of your choice.

A memorial service will be held at a later date, after Covid-19 restrictions have been suspended. Please take a moment to recall stories/events that showed why she was so special to you. A memory book including these is planned.
