A Birmingham woman was arrested locally on drug charges Tuesday night.
April Michelle Laughlin, age 42 – was taken into custody and booked into jail shortly before 11:00pm charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
She remains lodged in the Cherokee County Detention Center with bond set at $3,500.
