There was a minor accident involving a 2016 Peterbilt, driven by a resident of Centre, and a 2015 Chevy Cruze being driven by a male resident of Fyffe at the old Pat’s Handi-Mart store in Sand Rock – located on Alabama Highway 68 near the intersection of County Road 3.
That mishap – taking place around 8:20 Tuesday morning – left both drivers shaken up, but fortunately unhurt.
Traffic was down to one lane for a short period of time.
That wreck remains under investigation by Alabama State Troopers.
