JACKIE SUE CHESNUT, age 78 of Leesburg, passed away Wednesday, January 29th at Floyd Medical Center. 

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Saturday, February 1st at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Roger Keith officiating; burial will follow in Yellow Creek cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 12 until 2:00 PM Saturday at the funeral home.

Survivors include a son, John Chesnut of Leesburg; daughter, Robin (Ken) Rouse of Gadsden; 2 step grandchildren; several step great grandchildren; A host of nieces, she was preceded in death by her husband, Grady Hayworth Chesnut; daughter, Sarah Chesnut; brothers, J.W. Cromer and Gramlin Cromer.   

Mrs. Chesnut was a native of Cherokee County, the daughter of the late Willie Jo and Velma Cromer and was a member of Yellow Creek Baptist Church.
