Two Cherokee County residents were hurt in a two-vehicle accident occurring on Tuesday afternoon in Etowah County,  That wreck took place on U.S. 411 at 3:55pm and according to that Alabama Law Enforcement Agency accident report, it involved a 2004 Ford and a 2014 Toyota – driven by a female and a male respectively – both residents of Centre.

The female driver of the Ford was listed on the report as being hurt; however, no additional information was available regarding the extent of her injuries,

That wreck remains under investigation by Alabama State Troopers.
