A Cherokee County, Alabama man is currently lodged in the Floyd County Jail charged with aggravated child molestation and other felonies.  According to the arrest report, 40 year old Paul Taylor Trammell of a County Road 449 address in Centre, contacted a person on-line that he believed to be a child; he then allegedly engaged in a graphic conversation regarding sexual acts he wished to perform on the child.

He sent nude photos of himself and in return requested nude photos of the girl.

He then allegedly traveled from Centre to Floyd County to meet the child – who was instead a law enforcement official.

Trammell was arrested – and was additionally charged with sexual exploitation of children, having obscene internet contact with a child, use of a computer service to entice a child and electronically furnishing obscene material to a minor.
