Four people were arrested on controlled substance charges in Cherokee County Thursday.
Joseph Lee Crane, age 43 of Cedar Bluff, and Michael Shelby Shropshire, age 30 from Centre, were charged with two counts each of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, along with a count of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
They were booked into jail around 10:30pm with bond being set at $5,000 each.
Meanwhile – 28 year old Rainbow City resident, Savannah Caroline Miller was placed under arrest on the same charges in addition to Failure to Appear on those same charges – and for Failure to Appear on one count of Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree.
She was booked into jail at 10:00pm, with bond set at $5,000.
Audrey Mae Virginia Fisher age 24 of Centre was charged with the Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Theft of Property 4th Degree.
She was booked in just prior to 10:30 that morning with bond being set at $3,200.
All four individuals currently remain in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
