Authorities in Floyd County say a 42 year old man was arrested on Thanksgiving Day after police discovered he had sent a sexually-explicit video of an underage girl to someone else. According to the Floyd County jail records – Ernesto Marrouquin Rodrigues was taken into custody at his residence on Rogers Road.
