A 34 year old Piedmont man is being held in the Cherokee County Detention Center – facing several drug charges.
Joshua Lee Rainey was placed under arrest Thursday afternoon on charges of the Unlawful Distribution of Controlled Substance, the Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
H was additionally charged with Attempting to Elude.
He was booked into jail just prior to 4:30pm.
He currently remains behind bars, awaiting a bond hearing.
