A Chattooga County man landed in the hospital after crashing a stolen vehicle in Trenton.

A Trenton Police Officer saw the blue 1989 Chevy truck parked on a side street and thought it looked suspicious.  The man behind the wheel of the truck immediately cranked it up and sped away.  The chase continued into Hamilton County, Tennessee where the truck crashed into a patrol car.

Thirty-nine year old Curtis Joshua Ragsdale of Summerville was transported to a Chattanooga area hospital – the officer involved in the wreck escaped injury.

Ragsdale is reportedly an employee at a business called The Corner Garage in Summerville, which is where he allegedly stole the truck.
