Funeral Services Set for Victim of Last Weekend’s Auto Accident in Trion, Georgia

Funeral services have been set for the nine-year-old victim of a weekend auto accident that happened in neighboring Chattooga County, Georgia.

The victim has been identified as Chloe Grace Morris-Buck, a fourth-grade student at Menlo Elementary School. Chloe was a passenger in a 2000 Chrysler Sebring that was traveling north on Highway 27 in Trion and attempted to turn left onto West Oak Street from the center turn lane. 

According to the Georgia State Patrol accident report, the Sebring failed to yield to a 2010 Ford F-150 that was traveling south in the right lane of Highway 27.  The accident occurred Saturday, November 9th.

Funeral services for Chloe will be held this Saturday (November 16th, 2019), at 4:00pm, in the Petitt Chapel of the Coffman Funeral Home.  Interment will be private. She will be in state at the funeral home where the family will receive friends Saturday from 12:00 noon until the funeral hour.
