There was a two vehicle accident occurring at approximately 1:30 Sunday afternoon on the causeway near the state boat docks in Cedar Bluff.
Traffic was down to one lane for a brief period of time, as emergency crews checked on the occupants of both vehicles – a 2001 Honda and a 2014 Nissan – each driven by a resident of Cedar Bluff; fortunately, no one was hurt in the mishap.
The Cedar Bluff Fire Department, Floyd EMS and Alabama State Troopers all responded.
That wreck remains under investigation by troopers.
