Three Georgia Residents Arrested Locally Monday on Illegal Prescription Possession Charges

Three northwest Georgia residents were arrested Monday in Cherokee County.

Timothy Loton Lewallen, age 42; Timothy Mark Bartholomew, age 32; and Kayln Marie Smith, age 21 – all of Cartersville – were each placed under arrest on charges of Illegal Prescription Possession, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

All three were booked into the Cherokee County Detention Center at around 8:00am and were released just prior to noon after posting bail of $1,500 each.
