Troopers Respond to Single-Vehicle Accidents with Injuries in Cherokee and DeKalb Counties on Monday

Alabama State Troopers responded to a single-vehicle accident involving an injury Monday afternoon in Cherokee County.  The crash involved a 2006 Nissan driven by a male resident of Leesburg.  It occurred at 5:45pm on County Road 43.

Troopers also worked a single-vehicle accident involving one injury shortly after 8:00pm in DeKalb County.  That mishap took place on County Road 85 and involved a 1998 Ford being driven by a female resident of Mentone.

No additional information regarding the condition of either driver was available meanwhile both wrecks remain under investigation by troopers.
