A Cherokee County woman was hurt in a single-vehicle accident overnight.
According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency accident report, that wreck took place on County Road 212 shortly after midnight and involved a 2014 Kia Optima being driven by a Centre woman who was transported to the hospital for treatment after the vehicle left the road and crashed into a tree.
No additional information regarding the extent of her injuries was immediately available.
