Chief Deputy Josh Summerford said that Crane was booked in at the Cherokee County Detention Center on charges of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 1st Degree, the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Attempt to Elude, Resisting Arrest, Attempted Assault 1st Degree and Failure to Appear on prior charges of Certain Persons Forbidden to Possess a Pistol, Tampering with Physical Evidence (two counts), Unlawful Possession with Intent, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Chemical Endangerment of a Minor.

Crane remains in the detention center without bond.
